My nervous system, mind space, career goals, relationships and body, and all taken a hit. There is just no way that I could ever be the woman I was before kids. Nor would I want to be.

I often say that therapy tends to look more into the past, and coaching looks more towards the future. Coaching is not a replacement for therapy but can be a great complement if you are looking to move forward in specific areas of your life.

  • Life coaching is done in one-on-one sessions (in-person or by phone) where the I help you set and achieve your goals. The process includes active listening, mirroring, powerful questioning, and strategic planning to create a clear path forward.

  • It all depends on your individual goals and needs. Some clients make massive change after just one session (yes it can be that powerful!) while others choose to work with me regularly for several months or longer for support as they apply the strategies in real time to their lives..

  • Yes, life coaching sessions are confidential. I uphold ethical standards to ensure privacy and a safe space for open discussions.

  • If you feel stuck, unmotivated, or unsure about your next steps in life, coaching may be just what you need. A free 30 minute consultation can help you determine if coaching right for you, at this time.

  • A typical session looks like this:

    • I always start with a grounding meditation and intention setting

    • We may review progress from a previous session

    • I give you the space to communicate what is going on and what kind of focus you need for the session

    • We look for the places where there are actionable steps for you to take, or where you can make shifts to your mindset (the inner vs outer game)

    • I always send you off with “homework” - specific exercises or tasks to be done, or simply a way to practice your new mindset goals, and let you know when you’ll hear from me to follow up on your progress.

  • You first 30 minute consultation call is free - this is where we identify what you need, how I can support you, and if we mutually feel like entering a coaching relationship together would be helpful.

    Then coaching sessions are $100 before sales taxes if done by phone, or $120 per session if done in person at my professional office in Lasalle, QC Canada.

    Packages are available if we determine that we will be working together regularly for a period of time.
